“Reimagine” – A Series of Online Workshops 

This exciting series of online workshops is being run by Dingle Hub, enabled by funding from South West Gnó Skillnet. 
These workshops have been conceived as a way to support businesses and individuals on the Dingle Peninsula;
they guide participants in these interactive workshops to find ways to reimagine and to find new opportunities
and ways of working in these challenging times.

Mary Mullins spoke to Aoife O’Brien of KerrySciTech and network chair Sarah Flaherty about its role; Deirdre De Bhailís of Dingle Hub and Julianne O’Leary of the Guinness Enterprise Centre talked about ongoing supports for hub members; CEO of the RDI Hub Killorglin, Liam Cronin discussed returning to work post-COVID and options the hubs provide; and Tom O’Leary, co-founder of HQ Tralee and Listowel and Jennifer Dowling, co-owner of the Box Cowork Killarney, talked about flexible and remote working.

What will help you to maintain a balanced mind state?

The focus of this class is how to make your wellbeing a priority and gain more clarity on what you need in order to live in a more wholesome way. Sometimes we may scatter ourselves into too much doing and the mind gets out of focus and we feel off balance. How to integrate the 3 modes of Being, Knowing and Doing? We will use some meditation techniques to calm the mind and setting short term goals in how to integrate some of the steps right now.

Silke Michels
- Mindful Coaching Kerry

Silke came to Ireland 18 years ago and has made her home on the beautiful Dingle Peninsula. Since then she has been working in the art/creative sector as facilitator and artist and has broadened out her field to become a Mindfulness teacher in 2018, working in schools and with adults. She has over ten years experience with meditation, retreats and is offering weekly guided meditation classes and day retreats. She also teaches MBSR/Mindfulness based stress reduction courses. In April 2020 she received her Diploma as a Co-active Coach with Neuroscience. Silke offers her skills as a Mindful Coach supporting clients to move forward into living with their full potential.
